Kabir Randhawa has a deep focus on real estate, capital markets, and advanced modeling. Having completed his M.S. in Operations Research with a specialization in Financial Engineering at Columbia University, Kabir brings a hybrid background in applied mathematics, data science, and real estate investing.
Prior to his graduate studies, Kabir earned his A.B. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University. His professional experience spans investment banking and private real estate investing, having worked at Deutsche Bank, Bravo Capital, and most recently as a Quantitative Research Intern at Korman Communities.
Kabir’s passion lies in using data and advanced analytics to inform long-term investment strategies. He has a particular interest in uncovering market inefficiencies in real estate, and enjoys bridging the gap between quantitative models and actionable business strategy.
Kabir was a Division I swimmer at Brown University and always loves working in a team setting.
